Secure Access to Your Dashboard
InnovaDash uses a state-of-the-art secure authentication system with mandatory email verification and optional Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to ensure your trading data remains completely private and protected.
Creating an Account
Visit our pricing page to choose a plan and register. After registration, you will receive a verification email required to access your dashboard.
Signing In
Open the InnovaDash web app and enter your credentials. Multiple failed login attempts will temporarily lock your account for security purposes.
Forgot Password
Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login screen to be redirected to the secure password reset page and request a new password via email.
Account Verification Protocols
To protect your account from unauthorized access, InnovaDash employs strict verification methods upon initial registration and subsequent logins.
Email Verification
Upon your first login (or if you change your email address later), InnovaDash requires you to verify your email before accessing the dashboard. A secure verification code will be sent to your inbox. Simply enter the code on the verification screen to proceed. Until verification is complete, the dashboard remains completely inaccessible.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
If you have enabled 2FA in your Account Settings, you will be prompted for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator) each time you log in. This verification is required once per session. For detailed setup instructions, please refer to the Account Management documentation.
